PDF forms allow you to enter information (when using Adobe
Acrobat 3.0 or later) and then print out the completed form. You may want to
review the following tips to use as a guide:
- Clicking on the link will download the form to your computer and open the
file in your browser window.
- Position the hand pointer inside a form field and click.
The I-beam pointer that appears will allow you to type text. The pointing
hand allows you to select a check box, a radio button, or an item from a list.
- Press Tab, or use your mouse, to move to the next field.
- Press Shift + Tab, or use your mouse, to go to the previous field.
- If you make a mistake or want to start over, click the Start Over button at the bottom of the page.
- Before printing your form, use your mouse to select an area of the form that
is NOT inside a form field; if a form field is active (contains the blinking
I-beam pointer) the contents will not print.
