PDF forms allow you to enter information while the form is displayed by Adobe
Reader 3.0 (or later); you can then print out the completed form.
- Clicking on the link will open the file in your browser window.
- Position the hand pointer inside a form field and click.
The I-beam pointer that appears will allow you to type text. The pointing
hand allows you to select a check box, a radio button, or an item from a list.
- Press Tab to move to the next field.
- Press Shift + Tab to go to the previous field.
- If you make a mistake or want to start over, click the Start Over button at the bottom of the page.
- Before printing your form use your mouse to select an area of the form that
is NOT inside a form field; if a form field is active (contains the blinking
I-beam pointer) the contents will not print.
