Rock Island Regional OfficeThe DSCC Rock Island Regional Office staff assist families and children that reside in the following Illinois counties:
Rock Island Regional Office staff are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Professional and Support staff work together as a team to provide care coordination for eligible children. Team members include Nurses, Social Workers, Speech and Hearing professionals and program consultant aides (PCA). A Program Services Manager (PSM) supervises the Regional office team. Access Express Transportation Services 24-Hour Emergency/Scheduled Transportation Services
We provide transportation services (Medicar and Service car) to residents of the Quad Cities. Our services cover individual or group transportation needs (regardless of disabilites) to social events, hospitals, tours, shopping, private visits and meetings. AETS will provide transportation services to persons whose medical condition(s) require the use of a hydraulic or electric lift or ramp and wheel chair lockdown. AETS is registered with Illinois Department of Health Care and Family Services (IDHFS), DCO and managed care organizations. We respong promptly to client needs and services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are experienced, licensed, insured and offer low rates. S.P.E.A.K (Support Parents Educating Autistic Kids) If you or someone you know is the parent to an Autistic child then you know the resources to help are limited. Amy Hillyer felt the same way when she found out her son had autism. So she has found SPEAK. This program has many resources for parents of autistic children as well as children with speech communicative disorders and developmental delays.
