Transition Activity Sheets

Activity Sheets provide suggested activities to help with learning new skills. All children are at different stages of development. It may be harder and take longer for some individuals to learn these tasks and that is okay. But don't be afraid to try, you may be surprised at what the individual can learn. Practicing and learning new skills will help build independence as children grow older. For some individuals, certain tasks may always need support from others.

Feel free to print these pages and share them with youth, young adults, friends, families, people at school and others. The Adobe Reader, available free from the Adobe web site, is needed to view and print these PDF files. Topics are arranged alphabetically within each category.
